-All orders are shipped within New Zealand via Fastway couriers. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Any orders made after 12pm on a Friday will not be collected until the Monday. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
There are no weekend deliveries
We strive to package and fulfil orders within 24 hours.
Once collected by the courier however shipping is out of our hands and we take no responsibility for any delays that may arise.
Please choose carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect size choice. We do offer exchanges however on all full priced items.
*All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
If you wish to return a full price item please email us first at email@example.com. You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 30 days of the purchase date.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email or receipt along with information on what you want our team to do with your return.
All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, we will not be able to process your return.
The customer will be required to pay return postage costs either way.
We recommend using tracked postage for returns.

If you wish to exchange an item please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Items can only be exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you are wanting to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation/receipt and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange.
In the event that the requested item is not available, our team will have the amount of the item refunded back to your account.
Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition.
The customer will be required to pay any postage costs to and from the store to exchange.
